Preparation
- Pat the halloumi dry with a paper towel.
- Mix yogurt and tandoori spice in a bowl. Optionally, add a drizzle of oil.
- Toss halloumi in the yogurt mixture until coated. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 190 C for about 3 minutes.
- Place halloumi in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 7 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Watch closely near the end.
- Eat right away. Halloumi is best hot.
Notes
Dry the halloumi before cooking to enhance browning. Do not overcrowd the air fryer. Flip halfway for even cooking.
